This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding refunds for WAStack.in subscriptions and services.

1. Free Trial
All new WAStack.in accounts include a free trial period of 3 days or up to 10 messages, whichever comes first.
No payment method or billing information is required to start the free trial.
The trial provides limited access to evaluate the Service. Once the trial period expires or the 10-message limit is reached, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Free trials are non-transferable and limited to one per account, email address, or payment method.
2. Paid Subscriptions
After the free trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Enterprise) to access the full Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Charges are applied at the start of each billing cycle.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests for paid subscriptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We consider factors such as the reason for the request, usage history, and time since purchase.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@wastack.in with your account email, plan details, and reason for the refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are generally non-refundable: free trial usage (which is provided at no cost), overage charges incurred from exceeding plan limits, and charges for services already rendered during an active billing cycle.
Unused portions of a billing cycle are not refunded upon cancellation. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Cancellation & Downgrades
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.
If you downgrade from a paid plan to the free tier, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.
Upon cancellation or downgrade, your data and session tokens are retained per our Privacy Policy data retention terms.
6. Disputed Charges
If you notice an unauthorized or incorrect charge on your account, contact us immediately at support@wastack.in before filing a dispute with your payment provider.
We will investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account.
7. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund rights for that transaction.
