WAStack's team management system lets you invite collaborators and assign granular permissions. Whether you're a developer who needs API access, a support agent who needs session visibility, or an ops manager who handles billing, each role gets exactly the access they need.
Available roles include Owner (full access), Admin (manage sessions and team members), Developer (API keys and webhooks), and Viewer (read-only access). You can also create custom roles with specific permission combinations.
Team members are invited via email and receive a secure invite link. Access can be revoked instantly, and all team activity is logged in the audit trail.
On Pro plans, you can have up to 5 team members. Enterprise plans support unlimited team members with custom role definitions and SSO integration.
