WAStack's media pipeline handles the full lifecycle of WhatsApp media: upload, store, optimize, deliver, and track. Send images, PDFs, audio files, videos, and stickers through simple API calls.
Media can be uploaded directly via the API (multipart form data) or referenced by URL. WAStack automatically handles format conversion, compression, and optimization for WhatsApp's size and format requirements.
The media API supports files up to 16MB for documents and 16MB for images. Videos can be up to 64MB. All media is stored securely with configurable retention periods, and you can delete media programmatically or via the dashboard.
Each media file gets a unique ID that you can reference in message APIs, making it easy to build media libraries and reuse assets across campaigns.
